We want customers to feel confident ordering from ORIMUR. Because ORIMUR products are dietary supplements, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Opened supplement products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos of the package and product so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
