If your first ORIMUR system is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. You do not need to return a mostly used box.

Email support@orimur.com with your order number and we will take care of the rest. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account before the next renewal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already shipped.
